" Food is tasty , fresh , healthy & Good portions and pricing " This place is great . Food is fresh , delicious and they have healthy options . The portion sizes are generous. Staff is friendly and attentive. The vibe is so welcoming. You can feel right at home here , especially near the fireplace, it makes a cozy mark . Parking is not an issue they have a big parking lot . The broccoli soup is so yummy ! Along with everything else on the menu , lobster rolls when in season are just to die for!
I have been a customer for over 15 years. I used to dine at the North Quincy spot and now my go to is Panera in Needham. The food is excellent. The prices are excellent considering the quality of the food. However there is now confusion about the service. Only take out orders are posted for n the video board. Special take out orders are placed on shelves. I prefer checking the board to see when my order is ready. I prefer picking up my order from the counter rather than getting it served to me at an assigned table. Finally the last two times I ordered take out from Panera the system stated that my order was ready. But when I went to the counter the food prep guy said that another 5 minutes was needed to complete my order. I lost my seat when I saw the ready message on my order. And it was pointless to sit in the waiting area because the order cannot be changed from ready back to not ready. Orders should not be marked as ready unless they are ready for the customer to pick up.
My favorite place for breakfast or/and dinner! Healthy food, big or small portions as your request. Awesome frie day and young staff!
It was a little tricky to get to the restaurant as its easy to pass both entrances (especially during rush hour when I went). However, once you're in the parking lot, theres plenty of parking in the complex with a low flow of people driving in and out. Inside the restaurant was spacious with outdoor seating seemed nicely located in front of the restaurant. This restaurant had a self-service drink station which saved time compared to other Paneras where you need to order it formally at the front.
Panera bread is very consistent. It's great for a quick, casual meal. I love all the salads especially the barbecue chicken and the Fuji apple one. Sandwiches are great too. Also love the baked goods especially the kitchen sink cookie. My mom tried the summer special lobster roll for the first time. We were impressed by the freshness and amount of lobster on it. It was pricey, $26 but you get your moneys worth. Their online ordering is extremely reliable and always ready right when I get there. Good indoor and outdoor seating. Nice peaceful place to get work done and a good meal. Cant go wrong.
